New 2026-2027 Parking Permit Prices
Permits valid September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027
Bowie State University parking permit fees for the 2026-2027 academic year are now available. Students, faculty, and staff must obtain a valid parking permit to park on campus. A20% discount is available for qualifying energy-efficient/green vehicles.

· Academic-year permits must be in place by September 1 and expire on August 31. The expiration date is shown on the permit.
· To receive the green car discount, your vehicle must qualify as energy efficient through the ACEEE Green Cars rating system.
· Vehicles scoring 40 or higher may receive the 20% discount. Proof of the qualifying vehicle is required.
